After graduating with a B.S in Psychology from Georgia Tech, I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State University and moved to the Golden Isles to begin practicing.

With over a decade of experience in outpatient physical therapy, I formed Continuum Physiotherapy & Wellness in 2023 with the goal of providing high-quality one-on-one care for individuals along the wellness continuum.
Rethinking Healthcare
At Continuum Physiotherapy and Wellness, you come first. I work for you, not the insurance company. From start to finish, you will be working directly with me, your physical therapist.
I provide self-pay, out-of-network services to allow for full transparency, free from any limitations imposed by insurance companies. This model leads to improved results in a shorter amount of time.
